Authenticated Users

Anyone can become an Authenticated User by Creating an account on the soundhouse.org.au web site.

Some of the content types Authenticated Users can currently create are:

• Blog Entry - This is a blog entry to the general site blog, which incudes all blog entries created by users. Individual user content can be listed via the "List Content by User" panel in the right sidebar.
• Forum topic - allows you to contribute a post to an already created forum
• Image - us this content creation option to create an image entry. The image is previewed in the body of the published entry. You can add written information about the image and clicking on the preview will load the original image in its actual size.
• Page - A page is a simple method for creating and displaying information that rarely changes. By default, a page entry does not allow visitor comments and is not featured on the site's initial home page.
• Poll - A poll is a question with a set of possible responses. A poll, once created, automatically provides a simple running count of the number of votes received for each response.

Soundhouse^® Music Alliance members and affilliates can apply to have additional privileges which will make their soundhouse.org.au web 2.0 experience even richer. If you are logged in as an Authenticated User, you can apply via the My account | Apply for role section and select the sma2web2 member option.

Please note: sma2web2 membership is exclusive to Soundhouse^® Music Alliance members and affilliates - to avoid disappointment, only apply if you are sure you meet the conditions of this criteria.
