A note about inserting audio files into Quiz questions:

 

If you are a sma2web2 member you can upload and create a link to an audio file using the Link button.

 

Please use mp3 file format to minimise file resource space.

 

It is also a good idea to use the Target tab in the link dialogue. "Target" a New Window (_blank). This means that the link will open the audio file in a new window and not move the Quiz on from the current question.

 

Authenticated users can insert audio files using the File Attachments: field. When using this method, it is best if instruction is given to the Quiz taker to use the right mouse button on the link and select Open in New Window to avoid moving away from the question. Note that sma2web2 members may also use this method if they prefer it to the Link button.

When creating a Quiz, the Availability options section has nothing to do with the date range that the Quiz is available for. Instead, it allows you to set which users the Quiz is available to.
